Sebon Heavy Machinery is a professional manufacturer of precision casting rotary rings for trailers and steering axles, artillery wheels, disk hammer, brake bells, rocker arms, artillery clamps, tensioners, elastic plates, etc.
To achieve the firm objective of meeting your needs, we have a specialized workforce comprised of a highly trained team of Engineers, Technicians and Operators. Our facilities are located on an area of 180000 m2, with the necessary infrastructure to melt pieces and dispatch more than 100 tons per month.
We put pieces molded in phenolic resins and also through the Shell-Molding process, which results in a better surface finish of the same. We also have all the complementary elements for an adequate completion of the elaborated pieces, including the shot blasting and the final thermal treatment. All these processes are subject to a rigorous quality control that has the support of our chemical, physical and metallographic laboratories. We also have our own model workshop for precision casting rotary rings in order to provide our customers with the most effective and efficient services.
We have a large machining workshop to machine the trailer rotary rings, steering axle rotary ring parts according to the requirements of our customers.
