Ratchet Gear Casting Application

Ratchet gears and pawls are simple structure used to restrict the rotational direction in one-way. The tips of pawls and the teeth of ratchets are induction hardened and therefore have superior durability.

1. Ratchet wrench. Fast wrenches made using the principle of a ratchet mechanism such as: ratchet ring spanners, ratchet hexagon wrenches.
2. Industrial ratchet products. A manual screw tightening tool, single-head, double-head, multi-action ratchet wrench (fixed hole). It is connected by the main plumbing sleeves of different sizes and by means of the bite and male keys of the plum blossom sleeves through the hinged keys. Because a plum blossom sleeve has two sizes of plum-shaped through holes, it can be used for the tightness of two types of screws, thereby expanding the scope of use, saving raw materials and labor costs. The movable trigger can easily adjust the angle of use of the wrench. This type of wrench is used for the tightening operation of the screw and has the characteristics of strong applicability, convenient use and low cost.
3. Ratchet (musical instrument) is a type of percussion instrument. The principle is the same as the industrial ratchet. It is equipped with a gear that can only rotate in one direction, and several thin wood chips on the edge of the tooth. When the gear rotates, the tooth touches the thin wood piece to make it bend, and the back wood rebounds back to the original position and contacts the next tooth. During the friction and impact of the two, a “bang and click” sound is generated.
