Precision Cast Steel Mechanical Parts

This precision cast steel mechanical part is produced by precision casting process technology to achieve precision shape and high casting accuracy. The precision casting process is simply a fusible model made of fusible materials, coated with several layers of special refractory coatings, dried and hardened to form a monolithic shell, and then steam or hot water. The model is melted in the shell, and then the shell is placed in a sand box, and the dry sand shape is filled around the shell. After that, the mold is placed in a roaster and subjected to high-temperature roasting, and the mold or shell is calcined and then poured therein. The metal is molten to obtain a casting.
